No, I've been using a backed up save for about a day and I haven't noticed any negative effects.
The game makes automatic backups. Also it's definitely possible to play again, even without touching the backups, just not something that is intended by design.
That is exactly what i said. Once you reach an ending you are locked out of playing the game unless you pull a backup, either one you made youself or the automatically generated ones. As i said, this design choice should be illegal
Not exactly true. It's possible to restart the whole game.By waiting at the end screen.
if there is truly no other way ill have to fiddle with the save files, but thats less than optimal haha
