"Heard Something Fall From the Ceiling"?

So Shade was sitting on the ground right outside his home as I was waiting for something and he says to himself "I think I just heard something fall from the ceiling" or something along those lines. I didn't have my headset on so I couldn't hear anything so I'm wondering if it was just some coal and maybe a random dialogue box or was there something bigger?

There's a piece of wood in the coal mine (not sure if it falls or not, haven't gotten that far yet), you could check to see if that or the stalactite fell, not sure of anything else that could give you that message.

just got this message day 395 and as the message popped up a piece of coal fell on the other side of the room
so it seems like a piece of coal fell without you realizing
