"Find Books to restore Peggy's memories" - nothing is working :(

I got past the first set of books, and then I went outside and suddenly nothing happens when I click on the items. Previously I'd see a short text about a box having cheese in it, or one of the stalls being wet. But nothing is reacting. I can't even go back into the house again.

Is this a bug, or is there something I should be doing differently?

Hey Rathlan,

So we've never had a bug report for this part of the game before - but that's not to say it isn't one.

Have you tried saving and reloading or restarting the game?

I saved, reloaded, etc. Eventually it just started working, not sure what happened. It wasn't the first time I hit that kind of problem though. At least I got to the end eventually.
