question
so is this actually listening for certain words or could i just like hook my Microkorg into my line in and just play the game by playing the keys?

Hi there! The game responds to general sound and notes, so you can absolutely play it with any instrument. The only requirement is that it should be able to hold notes for at least a couple of seconds :) just set the instrument's sound input as main sound input in windows (and maybe doublecheck the selected input in the in-game settings by hitting ESC > settings > audio) so that it substitutes a microphone and you're good to go!

Uuuuuhhhhhhh, you sold me on it. Time to add another guitar game to my collection. :D
