Problem with the windows in the game
Hey guys, I recently found out about this blast from the past and decided to give it a shot, sadly I've run into some trouble with the game, the windows for character creation cut off half of the stuff with no way to access it as seen in the following screenshots http://prntscr.com/lfkjj8 and http://prntscr.com/lfkjmd Does anybody know how to fix it?

Welcome to Meridian, sorry you're having trouble - looking at your screenshot it seems that the in-game UI text is smaller than your system's text - do you have large text or larger text turned on your system? If you're running on Windows PC, try running in 1280 x 720 and up and changing some of your text size settings to see if that helps.

My windows text size settings is already at 100% which does not let me go lower, so that doesn't give me the problem, is there a setting in game somewhere that I might be able to tweak?

Edit: Just tried tweaking all the font sizes in game but the same problem persists, is there maybe a way to resize the windows themselves?

Have you tried hovering mouse over the window, holding Ctrl and scrolling the mousewheel?

More generally if you have any trouble in Windows 10 with not being able to resize the main window (may not be related to your problem here, but just in case..), then try this:

1) Open up Meridian
2) Open up any other window e.g. notepad
3) Drag Meridian window over to the side of the screen, then choose notepad for the 'other half'
4) You can now drag the boundary between the two windows across to increase size of Meridian window

The problem seems to be that the game doesn't allow me to expand in the horizontal, I can resize the game vertically just fine

I have the same issue but the above method solves it for me, allowing resizing horizontally by dragging the border between M59 and the other window. You can then close/minimise the other window.

It didn't work for me sadly enough
