I beat the first two solo after many attempts. Then i was hard stuck on the 2nd two. I finally decided to try the two controller method solo and i beat the last two babel stages in like 2 tries maximum. If you haven't cleared hard mode, then I'd do that first. It helps a lot.
But ya, just plug in two controllers and play solo. You get much wider bases to work with and less floors to clear. I finally went back and cleared the last two solo but Axis Mundi took me about 30 hours to clear solo. You do slowly get better and it's very satisfying once you learn how to advance babel stages. The RNG factor can be rough at times.
If you can't use the two player method solo, then your only option is just to improve. Hard mode helps because you learn to forget about the undo option and are faced with babel like challenges. The only problem with hard mode is that the levels are fixed and theres little to no RNG that babel has. Good luck!
Im not absolutely like 0 iq at the game, i know the techniques in this game, Slider, inazuma, the variation of it, marching spider, tornadoes etc.
If its that easier to do on pair mode then i'd preferably want to do that instead of solo
