Game keeps crashing after Stage 2 Cutscene

When i finish the first boss and go into the cutscene with catherine at the bar my game keeps crashing. I have MSI Afterburner closed, i dont stream it via discord because that kept crashing the techniques screen. I have bloom off and the game is on compability windows 95 with administration mode on. What can do.
Edit: I also changed the game from borderless to fullscreen but it just crashed again. Not at the same point of the cutscene but still crashed
