Catherine cut scenes lagging how to fix

It's my first time playing Catherine on PC and as I started playing it the cut scenes were laggy, though the actual gameplay isn't. I don't know how to fix this and since Catherine is a story driven game I would really want to enjoy the cut scenes with minimal to no lag.

Hi! kind of a late reply but I've fixed the issue. I changed my laptop's frame rate to 60Hz and after that the cut scenes plays smooth. Hope this helps!

Uncap fps

uncap your fps maybe, the reason of the lag is because scenes are played in 30 fps, while the game can go up to 60. The scenes were not reworked, so they use the same refresh rate as the whole game did on PS3.
