Anyone else with the cutscenes issue?

I already posted in the bug report thread, but I want to confirm something. Does anyone getting this glitch have Windows 10 and/or an Nvidia GeForce GTX 850M/860M/870M/950M/960M/970M?

I think I've only seen people with the same case as me which is Windows 8.1 (64-bits) + one of the mentioned GPUs posting, that's why I'm asking.

Nope, it's not this. In my case, the cutscenes are either sound only with a black screen, or fast-forward with the audio still playing normally.

Not the same combo as me but thanks a lot anyway :)
Sounds like it doesn't just happen with the OS and GPUs I described, so it's not just a bug specific to these setups that they might never fix. Phew.

Having issues with cutscenes on GTX850m aswell, Windows 8.1 64-bit. Either cutscene video plays so fast, the video ends before the sound/subtitle does or there is only sound and blackscreen.

RTX2070 super, win 10. 2d cutscenes are unwatchable, 5-10 fps running, but the overlay of nvidia rating 500fps XD
