Id like to know if there is real sexual content such as in the lezbian prison.

i dont think Theres no sexual content :/ , no nudity , no S*x scene.
its artistic choice or its how the game is ...
but in my viewpoint i call it ''The Secret Censorship!'

All I’m saying is you are going to miss out if you skip Catherine because it lacks true sexual content.
