mission help

im trying to go through the ruins side mission but i cant figure out how to get through the spikes i get all but the last down

There are two big red buttons, on at the bottom of the pool by the book, then I think that I flipped the Yellow switch again or maybe it was blue again, can't remember.

The two buttons are all you have to push. But one button is under a pool of water.

A sign near the pool tells you what position the red and blue switches need to be in for the pool to drain. The yellow one is best not to touch at all.

I'm at this point in the game now... A bit late, I suppose, but I can't find any signs at all. Can someone point me in a more specific direction? (Note: I have not seen any blue switches yet.)

Ah... Never mind. This apparently wasn't critical to story progression anyway. I'm fine, move right along.
