2: Make randomevents not trigger during boss fights
1) seems to be a intentional hazard to prevent making every fight easy with a run&rest/repair/return approach on par with old games that had "graveyard killing" (die, spawn in graveyard, and rejoin the fight in progress with no real consequences)
2) I agree 100%.
2. You can use world settings to disable raid events.
You don't even have to play that way full time. Just change the settings before you fight the boss and change them back after.
Is it just me or do these events happen only once in about 5+ hours?
And to date, i can't remember ANY raids from either mistlands or ashlands. We always get skellies, swamp blobs or the brothers. that's it pretty much. once in a while ghahirra comes.
If you aren't in a hurry you can just abandon your boss fight when the raid hits. Leave the raid circle and let it pause. There can only be one raid on the map at any one time so you just play around in other mountains or the plains (or hangout at one of your bases) and wait until the next raid happens. When it does the old raid despawns. Leave the new raid circle so it pauses and go back to your boss fight. Or, as I said above, use the world settings to disable raids while you are doing your boss fight and turn them back on after.
