Blast furnace

Why is it you can't smelt anything but black metal in this? And now they are requiring a whole new one for the mistlands.....really hope they change it so the blast can just obliterate the other metals under black.....like it SHOULD......

The mistlands machine is for refining magic orbs. I do think that the blast furnace should be able to smelt ALL metal into its ingot forms like you said. I guess at least the blast furnace will see further use in ashlands. Its already used to turn flametal ore into ingots. They have no use at the moment though.

I see, that's good I suppose. I feel it should smelt every tier under it and with less time/coal IMO
