I don't need base defense, I need something to harvest and replant my crops lol
we've needed Drawbridges for a long time now and you cant just give us the ability to build fancy Castles but not any Drawbridges which are a very iconic part of Castles and fortresses.
we could benefit from having Drawbridges massively not only we would have a cool way to enter our bases but have a decent way of keeping enemies away from our main-gates without some ugly contraption made out of doors.
plus if we build a bridge over water we could have part of that bright be a Drawbridge that way our ships can pass through our bridge without needlessly taking a long detour.
Another thing we could use is maybe some kind of NPC that can be stationed on our walls i mean come on we build these massive walls with elaborate defenses yet the only one making use of them is just us and maybe a friend or 2 plus having NPC's we can use will help give some life to our builds. i mean yeah i like having these nice big castles and coastal ports but they do feel a bit lifeless.
sure our characters are trying to get to Valhalla but why not give us some company while we literally conquer the tenth realm.
still no helpful npcs huh?
guess i'll be off again.
- - - Dvergar you can tame, which follow you if you select [E].
- - - If youre at a base with a unclaimed bed under a roof, they will hang around the unclaimed bed, and travel to nearby unclaimed beds.
- - - If there's 2xDvergar with sheltered condition (under a roof), and a unclaimed bed, and less than 4 Dvergar around, you get a baby Dvergr.
NOT farmed for meat, their use is just to fix structures damaged by rain, and add a variety of characters to a players village by travelling along the paths. Idk how hard it would be to code them to travel from house to house.

This is way more creative than a shield dome or whatever... you can even explore with a dvergr as a companion who can fix leaky roofs.
Tamed by GOLD as suggested by user ViridianAD below!
I came here to say just the same.
