Add RPG style classes!
Honestly you could pretty much hire the guy that made Valheim Legends mod because it is that well integrated and the abilities are highly thematic, integrated very well with the combat system and a ton of fun. I won't even play without it anymore. Some quests could be added instead of just "get seed go altar" for RPG flavor.

If I'd want to play an RPG...

...I'd go and play an RPG. Valheim is not an RPG and was not designed as one. But that is just my humble opinion.

You already have something like that with the skills system, which, granted, does not really have too much of an effect right now. Maybe IG needs to look into that. That could eventually please both sides.

Well, not the ones that want magic and such...
