Wards are useless

wards are a good idea if you have clowns on your server that you need to protect your stuff from but currently all they do is act as a warning sign. the wards can be destroyed by other players, structures within its range still take damage from players, and can therefore be destroyed as well.
making them invulnerable and the stuff inside them as well (to player damage) would help a lot. you can probably still grief by pulling trolls in there to destroy stuff but its a bit harder to pull off

I think they are ment more for npc than players. 10 people are ment for a game not 60 hoppin on and off. so dont have people you don't trust on

This is why you play on private servers w/ friends.
Ban the griefers. You can hide your wards inside your base, and put walls around them, similar to Rust w/ cabinets.

no wards only prevent people braking down your items with a hamer.....

They can't make them invonerable to PvP damage though or it would mean there couldn't be PvP in the game.....

maybe make it so you can set up the whole server to be PvP enabled/disabled and if PvP is disabled NPC damage to buildings is disabled too with the ward

then they would also prevent you from acidently damaging your own stuff
