ability to move spawners

Yes, I know I'm asking for minecraft type farming but spawners don't work unless I'm near them so it would be nice to move spawners in to my base.

was thinking something along the lines of loading them on a cart or boat and doing it the hard way to mitigate the fact that it is a spawner
