mounts
i was just thinking that it would be cool to have a mount that you could tame and ride or maybe hook up to a wagon like the trader

Would be nice. There is some rumor that the Lox may become beasts of burden in the future. The cart is nigh useless being pulled by human power IMHO,

Vikings transported complete cavalry warbands in their longboats, so it would be correct.

I suspect this is just sarcasm, but the vikings were noted for not using cavalry very much at all.

Anyway, I would like rideable lox. Or lox-drawn wagons. Or even lox that breed.

Beasts of burden is great, although the tiny little cart looks hilarious being pulled around by lox.

Didn't even realise there was a mount mod. Going to check this out now.

I also found Crafty Carts while looking those up, which adds mobile versions of the workbench, forge and stone cutter. Genius. I wonder if it's compatible?

I only approve of this is if they make it so that we can't take metal with us while mounted. it has to be in the cart.

Load up a baggage lox and have it balance in the cart, which you then pull by hand.

Odds are nigh on 100% that the worlds we are playing in now will be superseded once additional features are added to the game and we will all end up restarting multiple times through the game's EA anyway.

Ha. I'm a Minecraft survival player who still runs a 1.7.10 install purely so that I can play mods like Witchery.

Yeah, Minecraft is unfortunately kind of unique in letting you have multiple builds in parallel. Ah well.

You should always, always back up your worlds and characters, doubly so for early access and quad if you're using mods on top of that, but Unity's a pretty good platform for mods that fail gracefully when removed and in Valheim's particular case even if a world can't be transferred from its old version the resources can be. Buildings too, once the schematics mods are updated.
