Bigger chests

What a wonderful game! But one minor thing: Please make chests bigger. I know there are reinforced chests, but they could be even bigger! I am a hoarder who collects everything i find, and my Valheim home is now filled with dozens of chests. And I keep forgetting where I put my things...

You can make signs and a kind of lattice to keep your chests in, so you can put your signs above it.

On the left is how we do it. I know it's not bigger chests, but it makes life easier.

I use a mod for that. They are way too small.

Thanks - I am still quite new with Valheim and this is very helpful. Have made 14 chests and 14 signs so far... and I have still only beaten one boss. Guess my humble home will be like a chinese jewelry box when reaching end game

You will find that everything has a limit of necessity. My home base has roughly 2-4 chests for most classes of objects. I have less than 40 total.

I do something similar, but I put my chests in endwise. You can put in chests almost touching and get nearly 3 times as many in only a bit more space.

Personally i like a medium sized chest. I think big chests are kinda gross.

A must have? Don't think so. Practice your memorization and organization skills. There is a relatively small number of items in this game, it isn't difficult.
