Game Crashing Entire PC
Have tried to play about 6 hours over the last two days, and in that time Valheim has crashed my entire PC 4 times (full Blue Screen of Death).

I have verified files multiple times, updated drivers, reduced graphics settings (which did seem to help a BIT, but it only delayed the last crash).

My rig is a pre-built gaming PC from MSI, that runs everything else on max graphics no issues;
11th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i9-11900K @ 3.50GHz
NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3070 Ti on GA104-A GPU
Intel(R) UHD Graphics 750

Everything I can finds says this issue has been present for years, but I did not experience it until Ashlands update.

I described most of the full system crash problems in Section1:Point6 of this guide. The first thing you should do is load BIOS defaults, disable MSI tweaker, Intel utilities or other software that can manage your CPU clocks from windows.

all Clocks should be BIOS default - I didn't make any tweaks at installation, and haven't installed any other software.

FPS in game is limited to 60.

I wouldn't bet that your BIOS loads defaults without actually applying them, especially if you haven't assembled your PC yourself. Your CPU is not the latest, but you should generally be aware that Intel CPUs have additional problems then it comes to BIOS defaults, as explained in this video. I'm not saying that your problem is related to that per se, but that you should definitely start by checking that fist. I didn't list crashes due to clocks as my nb2 most common issue in the guide.

Blue screens of death are in 100% of cases, not related to anything Valheim does, and are a general sign that PC is not stable. In another words, if you would do some serious benchmarking, you would experience the same crash.

There's a message on the BSOD- read it, list it here, maybe it will give you or others a clue on what's happening.
