Report a translation problem
R2modman is a great tool. Ask him for the code of his modpack (it can be found somewhere in settings of R2modman) and make a profile using that code to make sure you have everything exactly the same.
Also when you start the game using R2modman, there should be another box (bepinex) running in background. When you try to connect to the server, switch to that screen and you should see red messages stating what is wrong.
I think the option to enable console is somewhere in bepinex config file. I thought it was set to ON by default.
Not sure which one enables the console. Try to open bepinex config and see under Logging.Console.
The reason i suggested using the code to create a profile is that by doing so it should also copy all the configs. So you would have the exact same version of everything, mods and configs.
I never used export mods as file, so i don't know how that works.
