Valheim Not Starting Properly (Blank screen)

When I load Valheim, I'm met with a small resolution (half my screen size) blank screen, I don't even see the dev/publisher logos, just blank. When I "load in", I can hear the music but can't see anything. I've tried disabling steam overlay, restarting pc, uninstalling mods, uninstall Valheim to fresh install, Log out/back into steam, Clear download Cache, update windows, updating GPU drivers, clearing my temp files, and restarting graphics drivers via WIN + CTR + SHIFT + B.

Any ideas/help would be greatly appreciated!
