Zero mods. And using laptop keyboard and a logictech mouse.
Unity engine can also behave weirdly on mice with higher than 1000 pooling rate[cpstest.org].
Try to disable Steam input for Valheim in it's steam library properties, and also disable your mouse touchpad so we can see if it's related to that. Testing pre Mistlands version of Valheim might also be useful (valheim properties in steam library → BETA → preml_default → use new world and character to test)
Im still trying to figure out how to completely disable the touchpad on my framework 16 laptop. Im still pretty nooby on Linux especially using wayland. So when i can i will probably just manually remove the touchpad entirely and see if its causing the issue.
Guess i didn't try everything. 😂. Seems that proton experimental was the fix. Idk why i didn't think to try that. I did try it with -force-vulkan but dramatically reduced performance. Removed argument and kept it on proton experimental and everything seems to work as intended. Thank you so much! I really appreciate you!
