unity error when setting language from locale

Has anyone else playing modded Valheim run into problems the start with "setting language from locale"?
I am part of a group who have been playing modded Valheim together on a dedicated server for some months. Over this weekend I got it all setup and 3 out off the four starting playing no problems ... Unfortunately one of the group has run into a really odd issue that I have been unable to find any info on.
She recently updated her primary hard drive so Windows and Steam were very recently reinstalled. Over the last couple of days we have also uninstalled / reinstalled Valheim and various modmanagers at least twice each ...
Unmodded is working fine ... some mods also work fine. But over half the mods we use bring up Localization errors in red and she is unable to log into the game.
The following comes up:

same here for most mods by Smoothbrain and Therzie
edit: the mods are not the issue. I fixed the issue by changing the language within the game from Eng to another, quit the game, relaunched and set back to english. No more issues. Solution found here:

The fact that you had to do that doesn't mean it's not a mod issues, just that your fix didn't require you to tweak mods. Mods can absolutely mess with registry settings, corrupt key binds, resolution and what not, and these problems won't go away even by removing mods, rather by you fixing the setting they messed up.
