Try disabling crossplay, but also deleting all previous server/world entries from favorites tab where you look for available servers. Then attempt connecting via Steam invite only. If that still doesn't work, is seems like a serious problem, and is probably related to some 3rd app blocking your connection, which might be active even on only one PC.
However, first test new world and new character to ensure problem isn't related to saves.
A good test is also attempting to connect to some random server in the community tab in order to see which PC can at least reach password prompt.
If only one PC fails to reach password prompt for some random server, that PC likely has the problem. I recommend opening task manager (CTRL+SHIFT+ESC) → go to performance tab → on Windows 10 you should see blue link at the bottom called Resource monitor, and on Windows 11 you would have to click on three dots icon to open Resource Monitor → open it → go to network tab → Processes with Network Activity → You might see some network optimizers or VPN services running here which might be causing problems
For easier and faster help with connection issues, I recommend reaching out to us on Valheim official Discord here[discord.com]. It's easier to share screens there.
