Sunken Crypt Blocked For Others

It is showing blocked when a friend tries to enter the crypt. They have the key, helped kill the second boss, and can open the gate but not enter the crypt. We have tried restarting server, going far away and back, dropping the key and picking it back up and no go.

Thanks to https://www.reddit.com/r/valheim/comments/lfklca/sunken_crypt_blocked/ I figured out it was vines near the entrance that blocked my friend from entering. After destroying them they were able to enter. It seems that the muddy piles near the enterance of some sunken crypts have the same effect too.
