upload my world to dedicated rented server

I recently rented space from Nitrado and am having trouble uploading my current world to their server. I had been saving in the cloud but downloaded a backup to my computer. I FTP'd the .fml and .db files but still no joy. I see the files are at Nitrado but my game will not load??????????????????

They have an option to upload world files directly to their server via the web interface if the file is not too large. Make sure that the saves you are uploading are named worldname.db and worldname.fwl After uploading, the correct world name which Nitrado will load has to be set either on their site or manually via FPT program by editing start_server config file world name parameter). This has to be done while the server is not running.
