ApphangB1 error

so after playing this game for a while it cause a BSOD from what I can see, anyone else hasd this error? (below) and if it's still an issue? I liked the game but caused me to have to re-install windows. (WER 0 and 1 was windows trying to recover) cause all explorer items to crash and freeze, SFC was coming back with "Meaningless anomaly" PC is fine after a fresh reinstall of winows but this was crashing CMD, powershell, had to create desktop shortcuts to find the errors.

Again, great game but this blunder has me nervous about installing it again.
