CAN & CANT sprint+jump (?)

Hi folks... so here is the issue.
Cant sprint+jump at home but can a work...

Had the game installed at home previous to ashlands, stopped playing but never unistalled.
Tried playing it at work and nothing was out of place, tried to contiue at home but noticed I couldnt jump while sprinting, went back to work and I could, returned home, unistalled and reinstalled yet the "issue" persists, deleted registry to make sure keyboard binding were absolutely reset, still nothing...
On the other hand if I left E pressed while picking items it will thrust the arm repeatedly and pick up anything in range yet this wont happen at work...
Setting the character to autorun with Q then pressing Shift+Space will let me sprint jump but not the 3 keys at once... this makes no sense.......
Also have no mods installed.
I dont believe is the keyboard since I can perform the same action in other games.

Has anyone encountered this issue before?

Do you have controllers, joystick or the like connected at home, but not at work?
