Judging by your description, there is 99% chance that your system is still unstable, and that computer specialist you talked to didn't do a good job identifying where the issue is. What exactly was the problem with your system in the past?
Post your PC specs, list the platform you are playing on (e.g. Windows 10 Steam, Linux Steam), brag and upload your player.log file immediately after experiencing a crash (Section2 in the guide).
I'm trying to fix it, but it's not really working out yet... Most likely, this wonderful game is very annoying for my computer, which is why it hangs. And yes, saving doesn't change the situation. Thank you, I hope I will fix this problem...
If you experience crashes in a specific renderer, especially after changing a card, you probably have a driver problem. I would recommend to use DDU software to delete all residue drivers from the previous card. Windows has to be running in a safe more. Read the DDU guide. I personally know dozens of players that had to use the software to clean up their system, where regular un-installation of old drivers did NOT work. That's why the tool is written as recommended solution in the crash guide.
There are other reasons why crashes can happen in one renderer, like 3rd party apps messing with drivers (OBS overwolf plugin, Fraps crashing in Vulkan), crashes due to Vulkan bypassing drivers and utilizing more CPU and GPU which can result in increasing temps, or not having crashes in Vulkan because it bypasses DWM (windows desktop manager) issues that might manifest on d3d11. Most crash reports that claim the crash happens in only one renderer are however usually invalid, due to lack of proper testing. What is usually the case, is that a crash probability becomes more prevalent in one particular renderer.
List you PC specs if you want further help.
