Building portal unavailable?

Hello everyone. I recently logged on to try out the new ashlands public test run and it has removed the portal from my build menu. I have tried starting new characters on old worlds or logging in with characters that have already build portals in the world and it is just missing from my build menu. I know the world is not on no portal mode as other people can build portals. Any insight on where to start troubleshooting this issue?

Try going and picking up all portal ingredients again. Sometimes for me recipes have reset after I change game version. After touching fine wood, greydwarf eyes, and a certling core, the recipe will probably come back. It might just take touching one of those items.
