When I go to a friend on the server, I have a missing half of the textures in the game, and if he came to me, he just flies out a connection error. Когда захожу к другу на сервер ,то у меня пропадает половина текстур в игре ,а если он ко мне ,то у него просто вылетает ошибка подключения.

Try to disable crossplay on the server you are playing on. Other issues are related to crossplay and strict NAT usually (what most VPNs do and come internet service providers as well). Test your NAT here[tomchen.github.io]
