I would recommend deleting Valheim registry entries:
1. Click on Windows start and type `regedit` or `registry editor`.
2. Manually navigate to Computer\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\IronGate\Valheim.
3. Delete this Valheim folder[i.imgur.com] in the registry.
4. Launch the game.
After doing that, and after entering in controls menu, you will have to re-bind deconstruct, build menu and block actions, as their values will be mixed up.
If that doesn't help, list which keyboard you have, and if you have other keyboards installed on you OS (start → type language)
Hello, thanks for the prompt reply. I have done the above and this helped for around 10 minutes, then it started to freak out again. So I did it again, but this time unplugged the keyboard. Started the game and plugged it in a different USB port (from USB 3.2 to 2.0) and it works now without any issues. Thanks a lot!
HP KU1469 very basic, nothing special (cheap though ^^)
