Portals constantly lose connection on dedicated server
I have a portal room with about 10 portals and here and there some of them lose connection for no apparent reason. Every single one is named so no unnamed portals.

This is becoming really annoying and it ruins the game for me to be honest.

Is there anything I can do to prevent this from happening or in other words does someone know what triggers this or is this just a random bug that can happen at any time?

The server is btw vanilla, no mods.

How is the dedicated server being hosted? It has been noted that there are more desync issues happening atm, so what's happening to your ports might be related. Can you clarify, are portals that you constructed and named once losing connection, or portals that you happen to be deconstructing them a lot?

Portals that you setup once and name once, and don't touch them again, should never lose connection between them. However depending on the lag, if a portal state gets changed (deconstruction, building a new connection or renaming), at exact moment the game tries to update the state of the other portal, one of the connecting portals can become disconnected, indestructible and disconnected, indestructible and connected, or even teleport you with some kind of offset. This has been a known issue for a while now, but it wasn't happening often. The frequency of it happening might have increased after latest engine update.

The server is hosted by G-Portal. Custom Game Settings: Allow ore transport and lowest amount of death penalty. Everything else vanilla. No mods.

Portals are permanent and not replaced or renamed. I have one emergency home portal that stays unconnected and is only used for exploration (this one did not bug out so far), all the others are permanent ones in a portal room and yes they arbitrarily lose their connection. Restarting the server doesn´t fix them unfortunately.

Portal names always have a capital first letter just in case it is important. I have never had a problem with noticable lag or being teleported to old portal locations when I for example used my home portal. My ping is 10.

Right now three of my portals just stopped working. One of them is my farm portal that connects to my barley farm in the plains. I went there to see what the issue is and interestingly enough the other side is still connected and can be used though when I do so it ports me on top of the roof of my base at a spot where I never had a portal underneath or anywhere near. Two days ago my bonemass portal stopped working for no logical reason and I had to rename it to make it work again.

Also removing unneeded portals may break other completely unrelated portals. This just happened when I removed the not longer needed Elder portal and upon doing so it broke the bone portal again which was formely named bonemass and got renamed already due to the beforementioned issues.

I have no idea what is going on there tbh but it seems broken as hell.
