Dedicated server shuts down by itself after several hours

I have been running a dedicated server for a while, but after the recent patches I ended up re-installing because we were having so many issues.

It starts up fine, and runs for several hours sometimes, but at some point after everyone has logged off, it closes on it's own.

Is their a log somewhere that records if their were errors? No one is around , or has access except me anyway, to see what's going on.

Depends on how you are hosting your dedicated server. If it's from the dedicated server app on windows, the written log can be enabled (not the console window alone). Client log can also be helpful sometimes. Unexpected crashes were mostly related to running out of free RAM so make sure to check if the problem is related to that.
