"Take all" on chests does not stack items
Since the Hildir patch (iirc) when you "take all" items from chests, they will not always try to be stacked on items in stacks you already have in your inventory. Instead they seem to often try to fill the top left spots of your inventory. If those are already filled, it seems they will usually correctly stack items on stacks you already have in your inventory.

I have seen a 'similar' issue the other way around when you use the default "E" on chests to stack items into them. If a new stack would be created most of the time it tries to full up the bottom line, but sometimes it tries to put 1 thing in the top line and the rest in the bottom line - if there is space in the top line. Naturally this is new with the Hildir patch.

Seems the "does not stack" issue also happens when you loot a tombstone. I did not get the corpse run buff with a full inventory (looted stuff while approaching my corpse). I looted the corpse after dropping an item and saw 1 blood clot in it. I had another blood clot in my inventory already and it seems the game did not try to stack it and instead left the corpse behind. I was able to carry all of the items including the one I dropped to loot the corpse.

This was not an issue due to weight (had 135 weight after 100% was looted).
