Yagluth's Torn spirits.
Hey, so I just killed Yagluth (2nd time in this world, I wanted more altars to farm the spirits.) and Yagluth just... dropped all of its Torn Spirits inside the stone that the altar sits upon.
I could not pick them up, except one, through the rock annnd they just despawned.

So, outside of the fact this is obviously an issue. IS there any console commands one could use to get these items back?
