Failed connect all servers

Hello, I created a server of all 3 types with clean local files. A friend said he was sent to the purchase page of the game.

Previously, I played 2-3 months ago with another friend and joined his server.
Now, when trying to connect to any server, there is a long download and at the end the inscription failed to connect
Today a friend created a game and 2 people couldn't log in out of 10

Are we all supposed to imagine all the missing details?

1. "all 3 types" What?
   
2. "clean local files" ? (I think I know but it's just an educated guess.)
   
3. "A friend said he was sent to the purchase page of the game." When, how, what, where?!

5. "2 people couldn't log in out of 10" could you?

Have you done any network analysis? Firewall, router, ping, traceroute, ....
Or are you all completely dependent on Crossplay?

1. I started my server in three ways.
1)Start server
2) start server + community server
3) start server + community server + crossplay

2. Cleared the version of the game from all files.
Reinstalled and checked the cache

3. I invited him to the game. It was sent to the steam purchase page of valheim

4. Appears at the bottom from the right of the loading screen for 10 seconds.
Then "Connecting" appears in the middle of the screen.
And at the end, "Failed to connect" appears
while I was writing these exact names of the plates, I connected to different servers and I was still allowed on one of the servers and showed a flogging input plate. but it was not possible to connect to a friend again.

5. we were in discord and everyone joined the game. me and 1 other person couldn't join. Now there are already 8 people on the server.

I checked the Internet, rebooted the router and pc.
performed an easy cleaning of the computer from garbage.
I checked the drivers
at the moment I'm watching 2 streams and was even able to connect to a random server a little bit.
my internet is fine in my opinion
I also checked the connection in other games and everything was fine there

Everyone is playing with a PC

I am most concerned about the 3rd point
Why is that?

He didn't have an invite button.
I didn't have a join button and didn't see it in the server list

1. Ah, okay. I've only used a dedicated server so far (no crossplay or community) so I'm not much help there.

2. ? you mean you manually deleted "...\Steam\SteamApps\common\Valheim\*" (VH's game folder)?
Checked the cache?! You mean Steams function "Verify integrity of game files..."?

3. I invite my friends via instant messenger...
You mean invite through steam friends? Sure you send the right invite? If he was sent to the store page from that I assume you sent the wrong kind of invite or the friend doesn't have VH.

4. Screenshots might help but I suggest looking in the logs:

5. How did you all connect? Invite code? Never used those - can't help you there.
I suggest you connect directly to the server via IP/FQDN:port (with portforwarding in the router).

So he's not running a dedicated server either, just starting a server from within the normal game?
If dedicated: has he added "-crossplay" to the servers command line?
