Dedicated Server running Linux in VM on QNAP - log questions

As the title stated I've had success in setting up a Dedicated Server running in a Virtualization Station Linux VM on a QNAP. It's not very beefy, but it still runs well and allows my kid and I to play together on our LAN. I haven't opened ports to allow non-LAN connections.

Anyway it's running well and it hasn't crashed yet in about 50 hours play time. I do see a few errors in the logs. Can anyone make sense of them? Should I be concerned? Thank you.
