Failed to Connect to Dedicated Server

Since the last update, I have not been able to connect to the dedicated server that runs on my computer. My friend who plays with me also is not able to connect either. When we try to load into the world, it says "Connecting" on a black screen before it kicks back out to the main menu with "Failed to Connect".

I've verified the game file integrity and I've check to ensure the ports/IP are all still correct and open. Not sure what else to do from here.

HMM.. i have had this issue in the past. before and after the last update. for me, it started with the update with the console stuff.. I took out the console thing at the end of my .bat file and it started working. Also try making sure the valheim dedicated server tool within your steam doesn't need updated. then I would bring down the server, take your .bat file, copy all.. then past all. then save your file. then bring up your server. The last time I had this issue, doing this worked for me

Unfortunately that didn't work, I've tried all the below so far and still haven't been able to connect:
1. Deleted and recreated the .bat file
2. Checked the file integrity of both the server and the game itself
3. Checked that both the game and server are updated to the latest versions
4. Uninstalled and reinstalled the server
5. Uninstalled and reinstalled the game

same issue here. Ive seen alot of people having this issue and no answers yet for a fix
