My GPU was getting a bit toasty and I had no idea why

Did a bit of reading up and I discovered that my AMD GPU by default doesn't bother to ramp up its fan speed until the clock speed is close to maximum or it starts to approach the thermal limit.

I made this tuning so that it actually tries not to be toasty all the time! Your mileage may vary.
