Bow shooting prematurely

I have been having an issue where when I draw the bow, it immediately shoots, sometimes a couple times before it will actually do a full draw. This is also using arrows, so I'm consistently losing 2-3 arrows before I even get a real shot off.

I was trying to test if it was a mouse issue but it's consistent and only with the bow.

I experience the same issue .. sometimes it works fine, sometimes its happening very often. I also thought it might be a mouse issue (Logitech G502 Hero SE) but since I dont experience this problem anywhere else I think thats a Bug ingame.

I'm using a Razer Mamba.

When I upgraded to the next tier bow, it worked fine for a bit and then started doing it again. I wish I had more information to help diagnose but really all I can say is that holding left mouse with any other weapon does not exhibit the same behavior and it does not do this with other games.

I think it'll shoot if you run out of stamina while aiming or drawing. I have never had the bow decide to fire on its own. Perhaps if you're getting hit it will fire?

Voodoocola - I'm using a Logitech G502 as well and I don't have that issue so my guess is that it's not your mouse.

Yeah, I've accounted for that too. I can be alone, standing still and it will do it.

However, a while back i had to update the logitech software (was still using the old school one) because mouse was having issues with hold click (was spam clicking instead) and it was driving me nuts. Could be something like that going on with your mouse as well?

The only time it fires early for me is when im out of stamina, so no clue what's happening

Apparently it *is* my mouse. Some models of both logitch and razer mice have an issue where static electricity can build up in the sensor causing it to double click at times. This is information I found via google/reddit. Supposedly if you just push some air into the area (blowing or canned air) you can alleviate the issue for a bit. I did it and it fixed the double clicking but now I am having some missed clicks instead. Canned air is probably better to clear it out.

I cant reproduce the problem but with the Drauger Bow I dont experience that problem anymore ... I changed nothing but I have no more loading the arrow but 5 dropping out while doing this ... that was the point which bugged me ... it wasnt like the mouse didnt left clicked ... WHILE loading the Arrow 2, 3 or even more arrows dropped out while STILL loading the Shot you want to make. I really dont think this is a problem caused by hardware, seems more like Lag (I was playing on a Server) or memory leak because it mostly happened when I played 4 hours plus (16 GB Ram btw...). However, with the Drauger Bow I didnt experienced that problem again. Exit the Game and Restart it also fixed it for me.
