Has there been news about 1.0?

Hey guys,

I've not been in the Valheim world for a bit, so forgive me if this is already answered. Has there been an approximate timeline for 1.0 release yet? I am looking forward to start a new game, even though my last one was kinda cool. I want to start fresh so the world generates properly and I can have a fresh playthrough with all the new content. I haven't played since Mistlands, and never even entered Mistlands yet.

I could start a new one now, and aim away from the North part, so it wouldn't screw up future generation after the Northen biome is out. But, I don't want to miss any achievements if they release come 1.0

Basically, wondering if there is a timeline for 1.0 and if there are plans to add achievements.

They mentioned i think last update that when they go 1.0 there will be additions to even meadows Biome.. so i started a new world and have begun building a new base on a map i will not explore any more until 1.0.

As for timeline + achievements i havent been following closely on that

I saw clips of the interview and that's my take as well. The Deep North will be 1.0 but will include additional content for all biomes. As per usual, very secretive and few specifics. While a total guess on my part, I'm thinking this time next year for release ... maybe.

No there is no timeline for anything in this game at the moment.
