Mistland infested mines and dvergr villages - respawn of valuables ?

I cleared a few infested mines and broke all crates in a few dvergr villages (to get needed stuff). Question: does it make sense to go back to these places later on to get new stuff. In other words: does anything relevant respawn in these already raided places ? (I have seen enemies and dvergr to respawn in low numbers after a few irl-hours.)

there is no respawn yet( don't know if there will be some implemented)...but I saw one mod (can't remember, somewhere on nexus) that you can use for dungeon respawn...

royal jelly inside infested mines cleared after a certain patch earlier last year will respawn along with some seekers and ticks. soldiers dont respawn inside and nothing else will respawn at all itemwise aside the jelly.

nothing inside dvergr ruins or bases respawns ever. not even dvergr themselfs. they can randomly spawn in the field tough.

As mentioned, farming the royal jelly is about the only thing of merit. Its not like there's been a similar precedent already in game either though really, you clear crypts in the swamp or black forest of the gobo villages and its the same thing unless you leave the spawners for draugr or skels up respectively for farming desires.
