Thanks a lot for the help!
If you build a saddle for your lox you can stop the panic and direct the lox's movement. Obviously only works on a small number of lox but it works.
Raids only occur in areas that have a certain amount of specific building pieces like workbenches, forges, etc... so if you have a small area with like 2 workbenches just to stop spawns from happening in the farm itself - you should be good.
Weird I don't have a good riding skill (I've only ridden a little overall) and it seemed like I could control it anyway. Is "panic" the same as "aggroed"??
Maybe there are different levels of panic?
Let me know if you are successful I'm curious now lol. I have two saddled lox outside of my lox enclosure and I have ridden them back from enemy encounters several times. It might be that there has to not be any active enemies in their line of sight or something.
Also try petting them before hopping on and while on it if that is possible. I do that too when it happens since that simulates calming spooked horses in RL.
