Can't find details about World Modifiers
I tried Googling, and can't find answers to these questions:

1) The Combat Modifiers Hard, and Very Hard - are there any % values for how much harder they are? Was this ever mentioned anywhere?

2) What are "boss portals" in the World Modifiers options, it's part of the portal slider and I have no clue what a "boss portal" is, and I'm almost 1000 hours into the game lol.

1. I don't know exact values but it seems very hard is around 50% to health and damage.

2. Just speculation on my part, but when I read the following it the latest update it gave me the impression it blocks your ability to teleport away from an active boss...

* Fixed a bug where being near a Queen dungeon would block portals when using the ‘No Boss Portals’ option. Bosses will now count as active and block teleporting after the first time they have been aggroed rather than when they are spawned

I found this on Valheim official discord channel. Not sure if it is true.

Very easy:
Player damage: 125%
Enemy damage: 50%
Enemy speed & size: 90%

Easy:
Player damage: 110%
Enemy damage: 75%
Enemy speed & size: 90%

Normal:
Player damage: 100%
Enemy damage: 100%
Enemy speed & size: 100%

Hard:
Player damage: 85%
Enemy damage: 150%
Enemy speed & size: 110%

Very hard:
Player damage: 70%
Enemy damage: 200%
Enemy speed & size: 120%

(These values may be modified before the patch is released on main branch)

Hopefully when this does hit main all the keys and numbers will be quickly data mined for the wikis

As far as i've tested, the values also change depending on number of stars (non linear) so its 2x enemy damage for 0 stars, 3x for 1 star and 3.5x for 2 star... there is probably more stuff like that.

Each star on an enemy increases health by +100% (linear) and base damage by +50% (also linear). The reason why damage seems like it changes non-linearly is because of the math behind how armor and shields work.
