Survival mod?

Is there a mod that adds hydration and hunger that can result in death if you starve or dehydrate? Also freezing and heat exposure?

That's in the base game already. Don't eat regularly? Have fun not dying in anything over black forest with 25 hp and 50 stamina. Walk into mountains with no cold resist? You die.
That will also happen with Ashlands, i think.
