bow draw time

I play max difficulty and I did watch some streams which made me discover that my bow draw time is significantly slower at the same skill level and bow level (crude).

Which world modifier is slowing down bow draw time???

The OP isn't playing on immersive. Immersive is simply default with no-map and no-portal switches on. The OP is playing a customized variant and calling it immersive or immersive+ and is too much of a new player to realize how much confusion results for other new players.

PS: I believe Fire Hazard switch is also on by default with Immersive setting - that makes for a fun time when first starting.
