Dedicated Server game settings question
Is it possible to change things like the Gather rate and portal settings for a dedicated server? A quick google said it wasn't possible but the results were from a while ago

You can change the World modifiers for a Dedicated Server by shutting it down & going into the menus like you were going to launch it as a regular game. From the menu that you choose what world you will play, click the World Modifiers button, make the desired changes you want. Then back out to character select screen & relaunch your Dedicated Server. This should do what you want, it is how I do it.
Another way is using the Setkey commands in the F5 Console. You can find a list of those Global Keys commands on the Valheim wiki here:

The only option I was able to find is to export world .db and .fwl files from server to local(where I can run valheim client), change settings and import changed world to server.
I run server via docker.

Ya adding devcommand access for server admins was the big hidden upgrade of the Hildir patch. You need to activate devcommands for both server and client by typing that into the console, note that it's a toggle so if the server has them set to off while the client is on or vice versa that can be a small hassle.
