Looks like you like it more than I do. I think it is a ♥♥ buff. Giving it 4 hearts is very generouse of you.

My personal opinion Power tier list:

Bonemass ( 4 player game = 20 minutes of being Hulk. Our favorite.) SIngle player game = Get out of jail free card in many situations. We basically outlaw the Hoe on our games and have raids on max. Bonemass for raids has saved us many a time. We all freak out and group up so we can use one power for all players and is a blast as we all yell at echother to get CLOSER!

Eikthyr (Cooldown should be 20% faster whille sitting by a fire under shelter)

Moder (I would like it to work with askvin cape and windmills also by creating strong wind) We sail a lot so this power is used quite a bit by our group. If we arenot going to fight a boss we make sure at least one person has the moder power available.

Fader (too late though)(carry weight would be better on yagluth imo)(speed buff is nice but is probably why Moder does not work with askvin cape for balance issues.) This makes me think our speed is going to be very important in deep north.

Yagluth (I agree needs a brainstorming session) As stated its best use is on the boss you get it from. LIke Fader too late in game for that buff.

Queen (I never do magic so for me this is essentialy the elder power for rock so if it also reduced carry weight by 30% for rocks for 5 minutes might help) If I were more into magic (removes the viking theme for me) I would probably like it more.

Elder (would be nice if in addition to better wood cutting makes wood 30% lighter) I have never used this power in 3k+ hours of playtime.

I expect reworks of a ton of things for 1.0.

If you want the devs to rework a forsaken power you should be yelling about the Elder. Yag's power is a nice to have when fighting foes that use elemental damage.

Yagluth's power is great for fighting Yagluth again.
How could we change your mind if we don´t exactly know what you don´t like about this buff?
I think the elder buff needs a rework because who cares if chopping wood goes faster. Seems really useless to me.

Pineapple on pizza is the best. That's fact.

Yagluth's buff is the best buff for ...
The Yagluth boss fight!
The author of this thread has indicated that this post answers the original topic.

BANNED!
Yeah. Currently, would you rather bring Fire Resist Pots and have a spot open for whichever other Forsaken Power you want. Or bring Yagluth to save 1 inventory spot for Fire Resist Pots?

Frost damage isn't exceeding common among current enemies and the Cloaks you would likely be using at the time you get Yag buff have Frost resist on them. We don't have any resist pots or gear for Lightning damage but as of now, no enemies actually hit us with Lightning damage either. Maybe Deep North introduces some foes that Yagluth makes sense for. Who knows.

But I like elder power, I use it in ashlands a lot. Also I dig 4-5 holes pull all mobs I can find to it before using power.

The powers and the drops are balanced when you consider both. Eikthyr is the only boss in which both are good. For the Elder, power is meh, but swamp key is important. For Bonemass, power is a must have, but the wishbone can be skipped (if you know how.) For Moder, some people love the wind power, but I never use it, but the drop is a hard gate. For Yagluth, the power isn't that great, but just try doing Mistlands without wisps, can be done if you're a masochist. The Queen's power is another you may not need, but getting to Ashlands without that drop is also for masochists.

If one stinks then the other is highly valuable. Taken together they do balance out.

The only time I use it is right after I kill the Elder. I'll chop up all the knocked down trees with it and stack the wood on the altar for later. Then I switch back to Eikthyr. If I'm going to need wood again later I go to the altar and plant tree seeds, fight the Elder again (let him rampage for a bit before I take him down again) and use the power to chop trees again.

That's the only time I use the Elder power.
